Zack is a corporate and commercial attorney who believes the best way to serve clients is to understand their business. He works to provide practical, efficient legal solutions that advance his client's business goals. Zack also enjoys researching and writing about the latest innovations in venture capital financing, particularly revenue-based investing.
Prior to joining Sage Law Group, Zack worked at a Denver law firm serving large and small business at every stage of the business life cycle. Zack has assisted companies with entity formation, commercial contracting, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Before law school, Zack served as a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching English in rural Ethiopia.
In his spare time, Zack can be found outside skiing, hiking, running, or climbing. He is an avid traveler and enjoys finding great international cuisine in Denver when he isn't abroad.

By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you. The best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to call us at 720-279-7222. We will put you in touch with a lawyer suited to handle your matter. When you receive an engagement letter from an SLG attorney, you will be our client, and we may exchange information freely.
