Shannon Meyer

Shannon is a corporate and commercial attorney who represents companies at all stages, as well as investors at all levels. Shannon’s practice ranges from the simple to the complex, consisting of outside general counsel services to her company clients, which range from pre-formation to exit; full service advice to investor clients, which range from small angels to large venture and private equity funds; commercial counseling; and intellectual property protection.

Shannon brings real-world entrepreneurship and business experience from her previous careers in corporate finance and international public relations. Shannon aims to help her clients by taking a business approach to legal issues, providing peace of mind through process and education so that clients can focus on executing their plans.

Shannon got her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School, where she remains an active participant in the community by volunteering as a supervising attorney with the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. She started her legal career as Sage Law Group’s first ever summer associate. When she’s not working, Shannon spends most of her time enjoying beautiful chaos with her husband and three small boys.
