Liz is a corporate, securities and commercial attorney who provides her investor and corporate clients with a solutions-oriented approach to achieve their unique goals. She enjoys the spirited collaboration that comes with creating efficient and productive solutions, whether in the startup or multinational company context. Prior to joining Sage Law Group, Liz began her legal career as an in-house attorney for a large consumer goods manufacturer, where she sharpened her ability to evaluate legal issues through a business and operational lens. In this role, she handled complex commercial transactions, created and implemented strategic corporate initiatives and assessed compliance and risk management.
When not drafting legal documents, you can find Liz with her nose in a book, making a mess in the kitchen, critiquing movies or at the nearest craft brewery with her fiancé. One of her proudest achievements was being dubbed by her nieces and nephews as “the cool aunt”.

By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you. The best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to call us at 720-279-7222. We will put you in touch with a lawyer suited to handle your matter. When you receive an engagement letter from an SLG attorney, you will be our client, and we may exchange information freely.
