By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you.
