Jen Jackson

Jen is a passionate and proud paralegal, helping clients through all stages of corporate compliance from formation and governance to equity financings. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of the financing process and takes pride in being the behind the curtain organizational guru that helps get the closing across the finish line.

Jen started her legal career as a litigation paralegal, but soon transitioned to a business transactional role as she thought her talents were best put to use in that space. Shortly after, she learned that assisting with the needs of emerging companies held her true interest and landed at Sage Law Group. Prior to starting her paralegal career, she worked at a life insurance company in Hartford, Connecticut, where she was most recently a product compliance specialist. This involved a great level of detail, constant organization, and personnel skills while speaking with state insurance regulators. All of this translated perfectly when she entered into the legal field, particularly as she started working on corporate governance and financing transactions.

When not obsessing over how documents should be organized and counting signature pages, Jen can be found hiking and exploring in the Colorado mountains. When not on a trail, she is most likely spending quality time with her pug, Phineas.
