Channah Rose

Channah considers herself to be a “Jill of all trades, master of some.” Channah loves working with clients who are seasoned experts in buying, selling and running companies, but she has a soft spot for helping clients who are dipping their toes into the business world for the first time. Channah excels at the complete range of corporate and securities transactions, from forming companies to representing companies and investors in venture capital and private equity financings, strategic exits and acquisitions. From Channah’s perspective, the messier and more complex the transaction, the better. Channah particularly enjoys working with women-led and impact-driven companies.

Channah’s other professional endeavors have included travel writing in India, web site development and completing graduate studies in theology. She is currently obsessed with the tiny house movement and burlesque.
