Specializing in working with emerging to mid-sized companies, Amelia enjoys finding creative solutions to complex legal problems. At Sage Law Group, she has helped her clients raise over $100 million dollars through equity financings, convertible notes, and SAFEs. She has become a trusted advisor to her clients due to her practical and business-focused advice. Amelia believes that the best way to work with clients is by building relationships, learning about her clients’ goals, and working to see the whole picture. Above all, she strives for personal growth, honest communication, and a relentless sense of humor.
Prior to joining Sage Law Group, Amelia worked on the Techstars legal team, where she worked on over 100 financings and ran due diligence on the accelerator’s portfolio companies. During law school, Amelia worked with first-time founders as an associate of the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, an investment associate of the Deming Center Venture Fund, and as a coordinator of the New Venture Challenge.
Outside of the office, Amelia can be found hiking with her partner and their dogs, Jack and Olive. She also enjoys swing dancing, kayaking, and exploring local craft breweries.

By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you. The best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to call us at 720-279-7222. We will put you in touch with a lawyer suited to handle your matter.
