Alice is a corporate, securities and commercial transactions lawyer who serves as outside general counsel to her clients. Her practice runs the gamut of business law, from advising new companies on entity formation and corporate governance issues, to helping established companies as they grow their businesses through mergers, acquisitions, or financings. She also represents investors and investment funds in connection with debt and equity investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, and general corporate matters.
Alice’s relationships with her clients are fundamental. She strives to understand their business needs and goals so that she can partner with them to anticipate and identify issues and help address them effectively and efficiently. Rather than focus on one legal issue at a time, she takes a comprehensive approach, working closely with executive management to address the varied and sometimes unpredictable situations that arise as they build and run their companies. She enjoys serving her clients not only in her capacity as legal counsel but as strategic advisor and confidante as well.
Outside of work, Alice is an avid kayaker, hiker and birder. She also enjoys playing the drums, discovering and sharing new music, trying to keep up with contemporary literature, and spoiling her dog.

By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you. The best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to call us at 720-279-7222. We will put you in touch with a lawyer suited to handle your matter. When you receive an engagement letter from an SLG attorney, you will be our client, and we may exchange information freely. All communication sent to us by e-mail is subject to the Disclaimer of this website.
