Information We Collect and How We Use It
Personal Information You Provide. We collect information you voluntarily submit to us via the “contact us” form on our Site. Categories of personal information may include your name, e-mail address, telephone number and any other personally identifying information you choose to provide with respect to your inquiry. We may use your submitted information to respond to you regarding your inquiry.
Social Media. We may use social media sharing and other “widgets” to enable interaction with social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Some of these social networks may be able to track your visit to our Site (or any website that uses the widgets). When you visit a social network, it may place personally identifiable cookies in your browser that are then transmitted back to the social network when you visit other sites that use that network’s widgets, even if you do not click on or interact with the widget. We may disclose information about you (1) if we are required to do so by law, (2) in response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (3) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.
How We Protect Personal Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for our Site designed to protect against unauthorized disclosure, access to or loss of the personal information we collect through our Site. We do not guarantee that our safeguards will always work.
Our Site is not directed at children, and we will not knowingly accept, request or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18, we will delete this information from our databases in accordance with our deletion procedures. Should you suspect that a child of whom you are the parent or legal guardian has provided us with personal information, please contact us (as provided below) and we will work with you to address this issue.
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents are entitled to request information relating to whether a business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Sage Law Group does not sell or share your personal information with third party companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.
