In Brief

My favorite clients to work with are those who push relentlessly to do things better and more cost-effectively. A company is only as good as its last product or service offering, and I believe that as a lawyer I need to hold myself to that same standard. I focus my practice on all aspects of technology and commercial transactions for companies in diverse industries. I also leverage my in-house experience to help clients design and administer intellectual property protection programs; manage internal investigations and compliance programs; and resolve commercial disputes before they grow into expensive litigation problems. I grew up and began my legal career in Silicon Valley, but I am proud to have called Colorado my home for the last decade.

To send this person a message, please use the contact form below and we’ll get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

By corresponding with Sage Law Group you understand that no client-lawyer relationship has been created and we cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict-of-interest. Accordingly, please do not send us any information that you consider confidential until you receive a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”). Our review of any information you send us, even if it is confidential and submitted in a good faith effort to retain us, will not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you in a matter in which the information is relevant and can be used against you. The best way for you to initiate a possible representation is to call us at 720-398-6552. We will put you in touch with a lawyer suited to handle your matter. When you receive an engagement letter from an SLG attorney, you will be our client, and we may exchange information freely. All communication sent to us by e-mail is subject to the Disclaimer of this website.
