SLG attorneys take a very practical but thorough approach to venture capital financings, private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and the complete range of technology-based commercial transactions, as well as employment, equity incentives and dispute resolution. As experienced international lawyers, we bring a many years of cross-border deal experience to benefit our clients, with particular emphasis in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Drawing on decades of in-house legal experience and our first-hand appreciation of the relentless pressure for greater efficiency within law departments, we are planning to offer a series of Extempus™ toolkits. The Extempus toolkits are legally intelligent, technology-based products and processes based on tools that we developed and used as in-house attorneys to deliver predictable, consistent, repeatable world-class legal support with limited resources. We use these tools in our practice and we intend to make them available to our clients and preferred partners.
